This is the magazine Sinclair QL QLUB News Issue 7 (September/October 1985) which was published by Sinclair Research Limited and issued to members of the QLUB which they set up for early QL users. 

This issue featured the QL's reception at the ZX Microfair and Personal Computer World Show and the news that Sinclair had reached an agreement to badge the MicroPeripherals disk interface.

The magazine contained the latest news about the QL (although was initially fairly heavily biased towards Sinclair's own products), as well as reviews, programming tips and articles on making the most of the software which came with the QL.

This eidtion includes a look at QL Meteor Storm, QL Cavern and Psion Matchpoint as well as an interview with the team at Triptych.  There is also a short machine code routine to add commands to SuperBASIC to flip between two QL screens rapidly
