  Answer: Yes, it works on the NTSC computer. But, the frequency for generating notes will be the same as for PAL and SECAM. Note frequency inaccuracy for NTSC will be 0.9996%. It is not critical and is not audible. If you replace the 28.375 MHz oscillator with a 28.636 MHz oscillator, there will be no frequency inaccuracy for NTSC.
