This is a converter cable for most japanese computers, that has an ANALOG RGB DB15 video out, and converts it to regular VGA output. This cable works for many retro computers: NEC PC-8801, PC-9801, Sharp X68000 and some models of the FM Towns, that has the 15 pin Analog port.
Note that you will need a VGA monitor that accepts 15khz signals (most accept olny 31khz), you can check for a list of VGA monitors (both CRT and LCD) that display 15khz video, here: http://15khz.wikidot.com/
The cable is made using new componets, and they are all tested before shipping.
