Did you like the PLA20V8? Would like a GAL PLA for your Commodore 16, 116 or Plus/4? The PLA16V8 is now available.
The PLA16V8 is a PLA replacement for your Commodore 16, 116 or Plus/4 that takes all the good features of the PLA20V8. The PLA equations for the TED series computers fit into just a single GAL16V8B and a little bit of diode logic.
The PLA16V8 is a Commodore TED series PLA replacement that was designed to be low-cost and easy to build. And, it promises the same level of great compatibility as the PLA20V8.

You will receive:
- 1 * adapter PCB
- 2 * 14 pin header, round pins
- 1 * DIP socket 20 pins narrow
- 1 * GAL16V8B chips, preprogrammed and tested in a C16
- 6 * BAV21 diode
- 5.6 kΩ resistor
- 1 * Instruction manual
All you need to do is to solder the parts together. The PLA16V8 is really easy to solder and perfect for beginners.
Note: I have made the design of the PLA16V8 open-source, so you will find it offered on many places on the internet. This is my own offering, you will buy it directly from the author.
