Description
This board will allow you to use the keyboard from a Commodore PET as a USB keyboard on a modern PC. (It will not let you use a USB keyboard on a PET).
This can use useful for testing PET keyboards. The keys are all mapped in the firmware on the board to the most appropriate keys on a modern USB keyboard. It supports normal / grpahics / chicklet and business layouts, selectable via a jumper block.
This is the universal version with connections for the internal 20 pin cables or the 25 way D used on the 8xxx-SK machines. Some of the pictures in the gallery show the other versions without the DB25 connector or the 20 pin header.
This auction is for the built and tested USB keyboard controller board, a USB A-B lead, and mounting pillars. No PET cases or keyboards are included.
