This is the 5.25" disk version of the Music Construction Set software for the Commodore 64 Home computer written by Electronic Arts and published by AriolaSoft. 

This software helps you learn music, and change the notes, pitch and tempo on sample files in order to create a new musical score.

In good condition - comes complete with original case, manual, reference card and even the registration card which could be returned to enable you to receive a Ariolasoft full colour metal logo badge.  Unfortunately, the inlay is a little dogeared where it is slightly larger than the case - this could always be trimmed.
