This is the RAM Turbo Joystick Interface for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum home computer.

It was designed to be an improvement over the Sinclair ZX Interface 2, in that not only did it provide you with two joystick ports allowing you not only to play two player games, but unlike the ZX Interface 2, you could decide whether the joystick needed to be used as Sinclair compatible, Kempston compatible, or even Protek compatible (depending on the game you are playing).

It incorporates a ROM socket to allow you to play the ROM cartridge games and also, unlike the ZX Interface 2, the RAM turbo interface has a full through connector allowing you to use a host of other interfaces at the same time (although none which require the ROMCS signal).
